It is in the pretty Normandy countryside, in the Eure, that the Atelier du Lièvre will settle. An old completely renovated outbuilding, will accommodate my oven and all my little stuff ... At an hour and a half from Paris, a total change of scenery for the city-dweller that I am, and yet I quickly acclimated: birds songs, the thickness of the night, the space, the flowers ... and new neighbors, the beautiful milking cows of Manu, and also the mares and their foals that we see growing up ...
